Account & Login
- BookOne uses passwordless login. Enter your email and we'll send a one-time code.
- You can also set up biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) for faster access.
- If you're not receiving the login code, check your spam folder or try again after a few minutes.
Subscriptions
- Free accounts can explore 3 books per week with full access to all features.
- BookOne Pro gives you unlimited book access. Manage your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
- To restore a previous purchase, go to Profile and tap "Restore Purchases".
Audio Playback
- Audio is generated on-demand the first time you open a book. It may take a moment to prepare.
- Playback continues in the background and supports lock screen controls.
- Your listening position is saved automatically.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen in the app, or visit bookone.app/delete-account.
