What gets deleted

Saved books, reading progress, and audio progress
Chat conversations and voice transcripts
Flashcard decks and review history
Book club memberships and messages
Activity history and preferences
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account — subscriptions are managed by the store, not by BookOne.
Have the BookOne app installed? The fastest path is to open BookOne, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Otherwise, use the form below.

You are about to permanently delete the BookOne account for and all associated data. This cannot be undone.
Account deleted
Your BookOne account and all associated data have been permanently deleted. You will no longer be able to sign in with this email.
If you change your mind, you can always sign up again with a fresh account.
Can't access your email?
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact support@bookone.app from any address. We'll work with you to verify your identity and process the deletion.
