By downloading, installing, or using BookOne ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. BookOne is operated by Tensor LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
BookOne is an AI-powered book learning application that provides book summaries, interactive chat, flashcards, and other educational features. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the App, use the App for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Tensor LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Book summaries and AI-generated content are provided for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is complete, accurate, or error-free. The App is not a substitute for reading original works.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
